The flagship in Gölles vinegar production.
An innovation from Alois Gölles, produced for the first time in 1984. Balsamic apple vinegar is made of old, highly aromatic apples such as Maschansker, Bohnapfel, Ilzer Weinler, Rosenapfel and Holzapfel. The carefully pressed juice is boiled down by traditional method, and the vinegar is then made for at least 8 years in small egg yolk. Even after this long maturing process, the vibrant fruit flavor of apples is still present, but now in a more elegant style integrated into a multicolored ensemble of aromas. A wonderful addition to hazelnut oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil or pumpkin oil. Only a few drops of this wonderful balsamic vinegar gives an elegant spice. The vinegar is suitable for terrines, cheese - like mozzarella, tomato, fine salads, carpaccio, as an ingredient in barbecue sauces or panna cotta desserts.
